1. Service Overview

Island Mystiq ("we", "our", "us") provides an online platform connecting tourists with JUTA-licensed drivers for guided tours and private airport transfers across Jamaica. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation code (format: IMT-XXXXXX) and QR code via email.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or tour start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. See our cancellation policy for full details.

4. Liability

Island Mystiq acts as a booking platform. All tours and transfers are provided by independent JUTA-licensed drivers. While we vet all drivers, we are not liable for incidents during tours or transfers beyond our platform responsibilities.
