What happens if my flight is delayed?
We allow a 45-minute wait at no extra charge. If you are running later than that, send us one WhatsApp message and we coordinate with your driver — no rebooking fee.
How will I find my driver?
Your driver's name, contact number and vehicle are sent to you before your travel date. At pickup you show the code on your confirmation and your driver verifies it — so you are never guessing who to get into a car with.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp with your booking code and we will arrange it. Refunds and cancellations follow our cancellation policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments are handled securely by Stripe — credit or debit. Your card is charged when you book, not on arrival, and you receive a receipt and confirmation by email.
Is this a private transfer?
Yes. The vehicle is yours alone — no shared rides and no extra stops. The flat rate is per vehicle, not per passenger.
Can I book a round trip?
Online booking is one-way at the moment. Book your return as a separate one-way trip, or message us and we will arrange it directly.
