Cancellation Policy

48+ hours before tour

100% refund

Full refund processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

24-48 hours before tour

50% refund

Half of your booking amount refunded. The remainder covers driver allocation costs.

Less than 24 hours before tour

No refund

Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable as drivers have already been assigned and may have declined other bookings.

How to cancel: Contact us via our contact page or WhatsApp with your confirmation code (IMT-XXXXXX).

No-shows: If you don't show up for your tour without cancelling, no refund is provided.

Date changes: One free date change is allowed per booking, subject to driver availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your original tour date.
