About Island Mystiq
Jamaica is easier with people who know it.
We handle the driving, so you can spend your time on the island rather than on the logistics of getting around it.
Who we are
Island Mystiq is a Jamaica-based travel company. We move visitors around the island — and help them enjoy it while they are here.
We started with the part of a trip that causes the most stress: getting from the airport to wherever you are staying, in a country you have not driven in. From there it grew into the rest of the day — the waterfall, the beach, the long drive across the parishes.
Everything we run is private. The vehicle is yours, the driver is local, and the price is agreed before you travel.
Private transfers
Airport, hotel and cruise-port pickups anywhere on the island. The vehicle is yours alone and the fare is agreed before you travel.

Why we do it
The first hour sets the tone for the whole trip.
Landing to a name you recognise, a car that is expecting you and a price that has not changed is a small thing. It is also the difference between a holiday that starts at the kerb and one that starts three hours later. We would rather you arrived and simply got on with it.
Local knowledge
We are not just getting you from A to B.
Our drivers live here. They know which road is quicker when the coast is backed up, where to stop for jerk that locals actually eat, and the story behind every parish you pass through.
Ask them. That is half of what you are paying for.

Before you travel
Your trip is arranged before you leave home.
Drivers are licensed and their paperwork is checked and approved by a person before they can take a booking. You get your driver's details ahead of your travel date, and the fare is fixed the moment you book.
