How much does a Jamaica airport transfer cost?+

Are your drivers JUTA licensed?+
Yes, every driver on our platform holds an official JUTA license (Jamaica Union of Travellers Association). JUTA is Jamaica's government-authorized transport body. All vehicles are inspected and fully insured.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancel 48+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancel 24-48 hours before for a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours, no refund. All refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payment is online only — no cash payments to drivers. All prices are in USD.
What if my flight is delayed?+
If you provide your flight number when booking, your driver monitors your arrival automatically. If your flight is delayed, the driver adjusts pickup time — no extra charge, no rebooking needed.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?+
Your driver meets you at the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Allow about 45-60 minutes after landing for immigration and baggage. The driver will be there waiting.
What is the difference between minivan and minibus?+
Minivan (Toyota Voxy): fits 1-5 passengers with luggage, air-conditioned, private. Minibus (Toyota Coaster): fits 6-10 passengers with luggage, air-conditioned, private. Both are exclusively yours — no ride sharing.
Can I bring luggage and special items?+
Standard luggage (suitcases, carry-ons) is included in the price. Surfboards, golf bags, and large sporting equipment fit in the minivan but may reduce passenger space. Mention special items when booking so the driver is prepared.
Do you provide child car seats?+
We do not provide car seats. You are welcome to bring your own and the driver will help install it in the vehicle.
Can I book for someone else?+
Yes. The name and contact information should be the traveller's (the person riding), not the person paying. The payment card can belong to anyone.
How do I modify or change my booking?+
For date, time, or route changes, contact us via WhatsApp at +1 (876) 251-4422 at least 24 hours before pickup. Route changes require a new booking (cancel the original and rebook).
Can the driver make stops along the way?+
Our airport transfers are direct point-to-point routes for the best travel experience. If you would like to visit attractions along the way, we recommend booking one of our guided day tours instead.
Do you offer round trips?+
Yes. Round trip pricing is approximately 60% more than one-way (not double). When booking a round trip, you will need to provide both your pickup date/time and return date/time.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
We require a minimum of 2 hours advance booking. However, we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead to guarantee driver availability, especially during peak travel season (December-April).
I have a promo code. Where do I enter it?+
Enter your promo or referral code on the Stripe checkout page during payment. The discount is applied automatically. Promo codes and referral discounts do not stack — the higher value is applied.
