Why we block unsafe bookings
Missing the ship costs far more than a transfer. If your timing leaves less than 15 minutes of buffer after travel, we will not allow checkout — and we will tell you why, so you can adjust.

Common questions
What is the all-aboard time?
The all-aboard time is the cutoff printed on your cruise ticket — the time by which all passengers must be back on board. It is typically 30–60 minutes before the ship departs. We use this time to calculate your return buffer, not the ship's departure time.
What happens if my shore excursion runs long?
We plan your schedule around your all-aboard time with a calculated buffer. If you need extra time at your destination, contact your driver directly — they have your ship's schedule and will ensure you return safely.
Why is checkout blocked for some time combinations?
If there is less than 15 minutes of return buffer after accounting for travel time, we will not allow checkout. Missing the ship would be far more expensive and stressful than rescheduling — we'd rather protect you.
Which cruise ports do you serve?
Montego Bay Cruise Port and Falmouth Cruise Port. Destinations and prices vary by port — select your port in the form to see available routes. Ocho Rios cruise port is not currently available for online booking. If your ship calls at Ocho Rios, WhatsApp us and we'll let you know what's possible.
Is the transfer round-trip?
Yes, all cruise port transfers are round-trip. Your driver takes you to your destination and returns you to the cruise terminal before your all-aboard time.
What if my ship schedule changes?
Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as you know. Your transfer is timed around your original all-aboard time — if the ship's schedule changes, we need to adjust your pickup and return times before your travel date. Do not wait until the day of travel, as we may not be able to reassign your driver on short notice.
